A/V REQUESTS Projector, laptop and microphone will be provided, please request any additional audio/visual equipment at this time.
Your speaker profile and lecture video will be published together so be sure to return your speaker questionnaire to [email protected].
TIME LIMIT: 25 minutes, including Q&A.; For solo presentations, we suggest you allot 15-20 minutes for your presentation and have 5 minutes of Q&A.; For shared presentations or panels, please contact us or your moderator for timing.
ARRIVE 10 MINTUES EARLY. You will be greeted by a Coin Congress staff member who will help you load your presentation slides, prep you with a mic, and introduce you to the emcee.
BRING A BACKUP COPY of your presentation on a flash drive. This is incase your .ppt upload was not successful.
MAC INSTRUCTIONS: If you wish to present from your own Mac computer, please change the resolution setting to 1024 X 768 and the refresh rate to 60 Hz.
ASPECT RATIO of the projection screen is 4:3.
Your session will take place at the Hilton Union Square Hotel in San Francisco. The exact date and time of your session will be sent to you at a later date.
We record all presentations and later post them online. If you do not want your slides or video to be public, please let us know.
